The World Health Organization has recently published an article in English with the title,

This is a very interesting column with an English PDF containing 127 pages containing rich information about depression and also having pictorial examples for better understanding. Permission is also granted to write and analyze this article. I found this article useful and am sharing the Urdu translation of some parts of it because I found it useful so I felt it might be useful for you too. I am writing all these things very thoughtfully and carefully so that you guys can have a good understanding of mental stress. Stress, which is called stress in English, is a problem due to which almost all of us are stressed in one way or another. Unnecessary anger, shouting, difficulty in breathing, stomach, and head. Unexplained pain and nervousness are common symptoms of stress. It is difficult to know the cause because different conditions can cause stress in each person. In short, I am saying that I have done the Urdu translation of these English words according to my own understanding, which may be that when you think about it in detail, you can understand it well on your own. Being a lawyer by profession, I know about stress from reading, writing, and talking to people, but one of the things I learned is that the way you breathe is as important as the way you breathe. Slow and flowing is better and you have to keep trying for it. Along with that, you should consider your daily words and try to change them. You have to think about what you want to say softly or loudly. This column also discusses a variety of psychological exercises that can be used to reduce or completely eliminate stress, such as how you can change the way you see, hear, feel, taste, and touch. .
